Our Story

A Legacy of Love

When our dad first set up his practice over forty years ago, it was just one surgery at the back of our home.

Our mum used to help him with nursing and reception and we all crawled and toddled our way happily around the reception area, entertaining the patients, making sure they felt part of the family. This place was our childhood home.

Over time, word spread and we grew into the bustling modern practice we are today with six surgeries and a whole team of dentists, hygienists, consultants and care staff.

Some of our team have been with us for this journey, part of our family for many years. And we still have many of our original patients and their families.

To our Dad, people were what mattered most and we continue to run the centre true to his values. To us, it is a legacy of love, a source of personal pride to ensure that this continues to be a centre of excellence for our community.

We welcome you to our home away from home.

At the heart of our community

At the heart of our community

When we were growing up, everyone knew our father, the dentist.

Wherever we went, people would stop to say hello to him. He was at the heart of our local community, loved, respected and admired by all who knew him.

Nowadays, it’s easy to get lost in the crowd, to feel like one of nameless, faceless many but we want our children to grow up feeling part of something. We want them to feel like valued members of our community and we want them to value others, to treat people with kindness and respect.

And to do that, we need to lead by example. We need to show them that we live those values, that we walk our talk.

We want them to grow up respecting us as we loved and respected our father.

So it’s important to us that we maintain that sense of community in our practice, that we treat each other with kindness and respect, that we always put people first and that we remember that we are part of something bigger than just ourselves, that we are part of a legacy of love and part of the larger community.

We invite you to be a part of our family.

Part of the family

Part of the family

For us, this has never been “just a business.” It is deeply personal.

It’s our father’s legacy.
It’s a hub of our community.
It’s a place where people come to be taken care of.

And it is important to us that people feel comfortable and well cared for.

We want everyone who walks into our centre to feel safe, respected and valued as individuals, as part of our community, as part of our extended family.

In honour of our father and for our children, we focus on what’s truly important:

Take care of people and the rest takes care of itself.
